Resumo
Embora os projetistas tenham sempre concebido suas idéias em três dimensões, a apresentação em 3D ainda é um novo campo. Uma apresentação 3D torna as idéias mais compatíveis com o real. A computação gráfica, a realidade virtual e toda a tecnologia disponível poderão exercer uma influência notável, não somente na arquitetura, mas na construção civil em geral num futuro bem próximo. Sendo assim, e considerando que a arquitetura, tem um produto essencialmente “interativo”, pois não só o analisamos exteriormente como o habitamos, pode-se e deve-se tirar proveito desta tecnologia para viabilizar os projetos antes da sua edificação, desde a sua concepção até a apresentação às incorporadoras de imóveis. Os resultados obtidos atingirão o pleno êxito, já que facilitará a interação entre os profissionais envolvidos no projeto, permitirá a criação de ambientes virtuais, a imersão em propostas arquitetônicas e urbanas e o enriquecimento da realidade com base em informações virtuais dos componentes da edificação.
Abstract
Although designers have always conceived their ideas in three dimensions, the 3D presentation is still a new field. A 3D presentation turns the ideas most compatible with the reality and drive creativity and productivity to a new level. The graphics computer, the virtual reality and all the available technology will be able to influence, architecture and civil construction in a very close future. Therefore, considering that architecture has been "an essentially interactive" product, we don’t only analyze its exterior but we inhabit it. Advantage must be taken off from this technology making projects possible, before their construction, all the way since conception up to presentation to real estate Agents. The obtained results will be successful since they will improve the interaction with the involved professionals in the project, creating the virtual environment proposal, the immersion in urban architectural and the enrichment of the reality on the basis of virtual information of construction components.
