Resumo
Este trabalho, com enfoque experimental e analítico, tem como objetivo aprofundar o conhecimento do comportamento estrutural de linhas flexível dinâmicas não – aderentes. A pesquisa desenvolveu-se em duas frentes: inicialmente foram realizados ensaios de tração e dureza para a caracterização dos materiais constituintes de uma linha flexível. Isto foi especialmente útil para se conhecer os limites de utilização da estrutura. O outro enfoque da pesquisa, foi a análise do efeito de cargas de compressão radial em riser flexíveis, durante a sua instalação. Um modelo analítico foi revisto para análise da resposta da estrutura a este tipo de solicitação, e seus resultados foram comparados com ensaios experimentais realizados com este propósito.
Abstract
This work, with an analytical and experimental approach, has the purpose to understand the behaviour of the unbonded dynamics flexible risers. The research was developded and conducted for two subjects: At first, tensile and hardness tests were evaluated to find the properties of the materials which compose the flexible riser. These tests are usefull when it is necessary to know the structure utilization boundaries. The other focus of the research was the effects analysis of the crushing loads applied to a flexible riser, during its installation. An analytical model was reviewed to investigate the structure response for this kind of load, and its results were compared to experimentals tests conducted for this purpose.
