Resumo
Esta dissertação trata da análise do movimento de veículos utilizando técnicas de inteligência artificial. A proposta da tese e o seu desenvolvimento consistem dos seguintes tópicos: apresentação de um estudo teórico sobre técnicas e algoritmos utilizados em problemas tradicionalmente conhecidos como Target Motion Analysis (TMA); proposição e desenvolvimento de um simulador de movimentos de contatos; avaliação das técnicas e dos algoritmos inicialmente estudados; e, por fim, foi proposto, implementado e avaliado um novo método que utiliza conceitos e técnicas de inteligência artificial, a fim de estimar e predizer a posição e a velocidade de veículos navais, de superfície e submarinos. Os resultados obtidos pelo novo método apresentam precisão, igual ou superior ao estado da arte.
Abstract
This dissertation treats of the analysis of the movement of vehicles using artificial intelligence techniques. The proposal of the thesis and her development consist of the following topics: presentation of a theoretical study on techniques and algorithms used in problems traditionally known like Target Motion Analysis (TMA); proposition and development of a simulator of movements of targets; evaluation of the techniques and of the algorithms initially studied; and, finally, it was proposed, implemented and appraised a new method that uses concepts and artificial intelligence techniques, in order to esteem and to predict the position and the speed of naval vehicles, of surface and submarines. The results obtained by the new method present precision, equal or superior to the state of the art.
